STOCKHOLM, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Skanska has signed a contract with the College of Mary Washington for the development of a brand new theatre and the renovation of superb arts buildings in Fredericksburg, Virginia, USA. The contract is value USD 163M, about SEK 1.5 billion, which can be included within the US order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.
The complete mission scope contains website improvement, infrastructure, core shell and inside fittings for a brand new multi-story, roughly 6,300 square-meter (68,230-square-foot) theatre with 293-seat efficiency corridor.
