Police say 17-year-old Honest Venson was shot a number of occasions at a park close to 83rd Avenue and Decrease Buckeye Highway. As first responders labored to avoid wasting him, investigators say Venson recognized Joshua Armstrong because the shooter and offered Armstrong’s telephone quantity.
