Scott Paluch, USA Hockey’s director of participant improvement, will function DL commissioner. Paluch joined USA Hockey in 2009 as an American Improvement Mannequin regional supervisor and moved into his present position in 2022, the place he works intently with native associations and packages on age-appropriate coaching, competitors and long-term athlete improvement.
