The Wisconsin Badgers suffered a slight fall in USA TODAY’s 138-team faculty soccer rankings.
The silver lining: Notre Dame, the crew that obliterated them within the second half in Week 1, is No. 1 in Paul Myerberg’s rankings.
As for the Badgers, they fell to No. 66, which is 5 spots under the place they have been coming into the season.
A number of groups simply above Wisconsin suffered a serious drop within the rankings, together with Clemson (down 22), TCU (-30), East Carolina (-15), UNLV (-25), North Carolina State (-12) and Georgia Tech (-33).
Clearly, there is not any room for error this early within the 12 months, and that is why it is essential UW takes care of enterprise in its subsequent two nonconference video games.
